How Fit Scores Work
Our AI analyzes the job posting and compares it to your profile, considering:
- Required skills vs your skills
- Years of experience required vs your experience
- Education requirements
- Industry experience
- Location match
Score Ranges
- **90-100%**: Excellent match - you meet or exceed all requirements
- **75-89%**: Strong match - you meet most requirements
- **60-74%**: Moderate match - you meet core requirements
- **Below 60%**: Weak match - significant gaps exist
Using Fit Scores
You can set a minimum fit score threshold in your settings. Jobs below this threshold will be skipped automatically, saving you time on applications unlikely to succeed.
Improving Your Score
To improve fit scores:
- Keep your resume updated with recent skills
- Add relevant certifications
- Include keywords from job descriptions you're targeting
- Be specific about your experience and achievements
