Finding Jobs
AutoApply continuously scans job boards and company career pages for roles that match your profile. When we find a match, we'll add it to your queue for review or automatic submission (depending on your settings).
The Application Process
1. **Job Discovery**: We find a role that matches your criteria
2. **Fit Scoring**: Our AI scores how well you match the requirements
3. **Resume Tailoring**: We customize your resume for this specific role
4. **Form Filling**: We complete all application fields
5. **Submission**: The application is submitted through the company's ATS
Review Mode vs Autopilot
In **Review Mode** (default for free accounts), you'll see each application before it's sent. You can approve, edit, or skip it.
In **Autopilot Mode** (Pro feature), applications meeting your criteria are submitted automatically.
After Submission
Once submitted, the application appears in your Applications dashboard. You'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll track any responses from the company.
