AUTOAPPLY

Why was my application skipped?

Applications

Sometimes AutoApply will skip a job rather than submitting an application. Here are the common reasons why.

Fit Score Below Threshold If the job's fit score is below your minimum threshold (set in Settings), it will be automatically skipped. This prevents wasting applications on poor matches.

Duplicate Detection AutoApply tracks all your applications. If you've already applied to the same company (or same role, depending on your settings) within your lookback window, we'll skip to avoid duplicates.

Company Blocklist Jobs from companies on your blocklist are automatically skipped. Check Settings > Automation to review your blocklist.

Platform Disabled If you've disabled a specific platform (like Workday) in your settings, jobs from that platform will be skipped.

Missing Requirements Some jobs have hard requirements we can't work around, such as: - Specific certifications you don't have - Security clearance requirements - Strict location requirements that don't match yours

Daily/Weekly Cap Reached Once you hit your daily or weekly application limit, remaining jobs queue up rather than being skipped. They'll be processed when limits reset.
