AutoApply is an automated job application service that helps users apply to job postings by tailoring resumes and cover letters, submitting applications, and tracking responses. The Service uses artificial intelligence to optimize application materials and automate the submission process.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring all information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date
4. User Responsibilities
By using AutoApply, you agree to:
- Provide truthful information in your profile and applications
- Use the Service only for legitimate job-seeking purposes
- Not use the Service to apply to jobs you are not qualified for or interested in
- Review applications before submission when using supervised mode
- Accept responsibility for all applications submitted on your behalf
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Automated Applications
You acknowledge that AutoApply submits job applications on your behalf using automation. While we strive for accuracy, you understand that automated submissions may occasionally contain errors. In "autopilot" mode, applications meeting your criteria are submitted automatically without individual review. You accept full responsibility for all applications submitted through the Service.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Submit false or misleading information to employers
- Apply to jobs on behalf of others without authorization
- Spam employers with excessive or irrelevant applications
- Circumvent any technical limitations of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
7. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoApply and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content (resume, profile information) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that applications will be successful, that you will receive job offers, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for employer decisions or responses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoApply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
