AutoApply uses AI to automatically classify recruiter emails and update your application statuses.
Classification Categories
- **Interview Invite**: Requests to schedule an interview
- **Rejection**: "We've decided to move forward with other candidates"
- **Info Request**: Recruiter asking for more information
- **Acknowledgment**: "We received your application"
How It Works
1. We scan emails from known recruiting domains
2. AI analyzes the email content
3. The email is classified into a category
4. Your application status updates accordingly
Automatic Status Updates
When enabled, classifications trigger status changes:
- Interview invite → "Interviewing"
- Rejection → "Rejected"
- Info request → "Responded" (requires action)
Accuracy
Our classification is highly accurate but not perfect. You can:
- Review classifications in your inbox
- Manually override incorrect classifications
- Flag errors to improve our AI
Privacy
Classification happens on our secure servers. We only process job-related emails and don't store personal email content longer than necessary.
