You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time.
How to Disconnect
1. Go to Settings > Email Tracking
2. Click "Disconnect" next to your connected email
3. Confirm the disconnection
What Happens When You Disconnect
- Email syncing stops immediately
- Access to your Gmail is revoked
- Synced email data is deleted from our servers
- Application status updates from email stop
- Your application history remains intact
Revoking Google Access
For extra security, you can also revoke access from Google's side:
1. Go to myaccount.google.com
2. Navigate to Security > Third-party apps
3. Find AutoApply and remove access
Reconnecting
You can reconnect your Gmail anytime by going through the connection process again. We'll resync recent emails from recruiting platforms.
Keeping Data Without Sync
If you disconnect, your existing email classifications and status updates remain. You just won't get new automatic updates.
