The company blocklist lets you exclude specific employers from your job search.
Common Reasons to Block
- Your current employer
- Companies you've had bad experiences with
- Companies you've already interviewed with
- Companies in industries you want to avoid
- Competitors of your current employer
How to Add Companies
1. Go to Settings > Automation
2. Scroll to "Never apply to"
3. Type a company name and press Enter
4. Repeat for additional companies
5. Save changes
How Matching Works
We match company names flexibly:
- "Google" blocks Google LLC, Google Inc, etc.
- Matching is case-insensitive
- Subsidiaries may need to be added separately
Removing Companies
Click the X next to any company name to remove it from your blocklist. Changes take effect immediately.
Blocklist vs. Skipping
Blocked companies are filtered out during job discovery—you'll never even see these jobs. This is different from skipping a job after it's been found.
