4. **Bullet Optimization**: Achievement bullets are reworded to highlight relevant skills
5. **Keyword Alignment**: Industry-standard terminology is used to match the posting
What We Change

What We Never Change
- Your actual job history
- Dates of employment
- Company names
- Core facts about your experience
- We never add skills or experience you don't have
